• Festival Address: Hwy 370 and Payne Drive, Bellevue NE 68005 • Event admission is $1.00 per person per day. Festival includes: BBQ competition, fireworks (Saturday), live music, food and craft vendors, car show (Saturday), kidzone/greenzone, beer garden. • Personal motorized vehicles are not permitted such as golf carts, scooters, mini bikes etc. unless physically necessary anywhere within the festival. (Handicap permit required.) • Competitors may not carry beer from the campground into the festival area. (No open container unless at your campsite. Please do not walk around the campgrounds.)
• There is room for one vehicle at each site. There is nearby parking for additional vehicles. Please be courteous and not block other sites. Also, a fire truck will make a pass through the campsites, so be sure all vehicles do not block the road for everyone’s safety. • Selling of any goods or services is not allowed on the festival location.

No Refunds will be given after June 1, 2018. Refunds prior to June 1, 2018 will withhold a $50.00 processing fee. Cancellations must be in writing. Note: No unauthorized motorized vehicles will be permitted (golf carts, 4-wheelers etc.) Handicap permit required
Chicken, Pork Ribs, Brisket, Pork (shoulder or Boston Butt) K.C.B.S. rules apply. You must participate in all four categories to qualify for reserve or grand champion.
Registration fee includes:
July 6 - Friday night stay (only), head cook t-shirt, Saturday competition, and access to water/electricity for duration of the cook-off. Spaces include camping slot pad with area for one vehicle. If you need more space be sure include $50 for an additional spot. Each spot includes 1 dedicated circuit and access to potable water. There are NOT water hook-ups at each site. EXTENSION CORD / ELECTRIC CONVERTER / WATER HOSE NOT INCLUDED

Cooks Meeting Saturday, July 7 – 6:00 PM
If you are arriving on Friday, July 6, 2018, you may go to your assigned spot, but must come to check-in tent on Saturday to pick up your packet. Note: if you set anything on your reserved site on Friday, you will be charged for Friday—this includes campers, equipment, vehicles etc. Site locations will not be assigned until week of event.
