Renowned for its education and school achievements, Bellevue works hard to meet

Bellevue Public Schools is the fourth largest schools district in Nebraska, with
14 elementary schools, three middle schools and two high schools. Academically,
Bellevue Schools continually score high on national and state standardizes tests.

Nebraska’s fastest growing University – Bellevue University, a liberal arts university
with its main campus located in the heart of Bellevue. Founded in 1966, BU offers
a wide variety of opportunities and flexibility to help anyone achieve their career
goals after graduation.
More than 45 bachelor degrees and six graduate degrees are available. Under graduates
can earn their bachelor’s in accounting, sports management, business administration,
various computer degrees, environmental science, sociology, psychology, physical
education and more. The university also has an accelerated program as well as an
online program for those who want a change or want to start their careers fast.
Outside academics, BU has an athletics program that competes at a national level.
The school has basketball, baseball and soccer programs for men, as well as softball,
volleyball, and soccer for women. Many of the teams host summer camps for area youth
during the summer months to give back to the community.
